Happy Monday! We are officially kicking off a new week, and if you’ve been following the launch of my Music Mavens of Texas hub, you know that this month is all about celebrating the women who make the Texas music scene the best in the world.

As I’m prepping for our N E X T big feature for March 1st, I’ve been spending my morning looking at the latest charts and spinning the newest tracks. There is so much incredible talent out there right now, but there are three women specifically who are absolutely killing it this week.

Hailing from right here in Northeast Texas, Sarah Hobbs is the definition of "keeping it country." Her last five singles have all hit the Top 5, proving that her authentic, heart-on-her-sleeve songwriting is exactly what the fans want. She is a true Maven of the traditional sound.

3. Bailey Rae

Bailey Rae is a breath of fresh air for anyone who loves that classic country soul. Since her time on The Voice, she has planted her roots firmly in the Texas soil and is currently climbing the charts with a style that feels both nostalgic and brand new. Her poise and traditional heart make her a standout artist to watch this year.
