It feels right to step out from behind the lens for a moment and share what has been happening in my world. While Jamie Goode Studios has been buzzing with beautiful sessions—from stunning branding portraits to celebrating love with gorgeous family and engagement photos—there are a few big personal shifts happening that I wanted to share with you all.

The Gift of Healing and Health

First, I want to share some positive news regarding my health. After facing some scary hurdles recently, I am so grateful to share that I am doing much better. The gift of health is one I will never take for granted, and taking time for recovery has only solidified my love and appreciation for the work I get to do every single day. Thank you for your patience and support during that time. My camera roll is overflowing with amazing clients, and that joy is truly the best medicine.

From Photographer to Investigator: The Launch of the Podcast

This year, I embarked on the most significant project of my life: the launch of my true crime podcast, "Judy's Daughter: The Jamie Goode Story."

For 35 years, I have carried the pain and questions surrounding the disappearance of my mother, Judy Foster. While I pour my heart into capturing your most joyful moments, there has always been a hidden driving force behind the lens—a relentless commitment to truth and justice.

Launching this podcast in August 2025 has been an emotional, raw, and powerful journey. It is where I step fully into my personal story, detailing the night my mother vanished, the investigative failures, and the ongoing, active search to find her.

This is the story of the person behind the professional photographer you trust.
