I had my hair done for the first time in over 10 years, just a couple months ago. I wanted to add some lighted (silver/gray) to my already black hair. Well I ended up with brown hair with carmel colored highlights, not what I wanted! Needless to say I was not very happy, it looked okay, but not what I asked for nor what I paid for. I won't trash her or the salon she is at, because I am not like that.

I will tell you about the amazing service I received and the correction that was made to my hair at the salon I recently went to, in hopes that she could correct my hair.

Lana Miers at Pretty in Pink Salon was fantastic! She gave me back my black and she was able to give me some gray/silver in highlights, but I will have to go back a few weeks later to do another session to get the full look I want. But she was so sweet and so helpful when I had a ton of questions regarding what happening with my hair. I left with my hair looking like me again plus she recommended a great product to help my hair from damage while I wait to come back for the next appointment. I am super happy with the service from Lana, she was so professional and kind. Easy to talk to and made me comfortable the entire time I was there.

I highly recommend Lana for your hair coloring, cuts, styling needs.
